Rainchecks or refunds are not guaranteed and are done on a case-by-case basis. Seven Peaks advises patrons to check the weather and attend the waterpark at their own discretion.


Refunds for Pass of all Passes that have been unused and unredeemed can be issued by request. Refunds for partial amounts (such as being charged twice accidentally) for various cases can also be issued.  Please submit a support ticket to request needed refund. You will need to provide your name, the date of purchase, what you purchased that you need a refund for, and the last four digits of your credit/debit card. If paid for with cash, please inform us through the support ticket.


Refunds cannot be issued directly from the front offices.
