Some of the email providers used to have a difficult time receiving the "reset password" email. [These included comcast.net, and school email providers (byu.edu, uvu.edu, etc.).] This issue has been resolved, so if you have one of these emails, and you are unable to see the "reset password" email in your inbox, we suggest checking your spam and junk folders.

If you are still unable to receive this email, then we suggest calling in to our customer service (801-377-4386), or coming in to one of our offices to change your email to a different one. (We recommend using hotmail, yahoo, or gmail.)
